Refunds or Exchanges can ONLY be made for a Single Order.  In an effort to reduce fraud, no refund shall exceed $120 in value.  If you wish to request a refund for a greater amount, please contact our wholesale department at wholesale@infinitealoe.com and request a Wholesale Return Merchandise Authorization Number (WRMA Number)

Exchanges or Refunds will only be processed if you follow the Return Procedures below and provided the sale was not on the basis of a bulk sale at substantial discounts in lieu of the refund offer.

We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange if we suspect fraudulent activity.

Once a refund has been applied for, no future orders for the same product will be accepted and additional refund requests will be refused for that product.

RETURN PROCEDURES
(PLEASE READ CAREFULLY)

FOR QUALIFYING RETURNS WITHIN 24 HOURS OF PURCHASE:

Return the product that qualifies for refund to the original retail outlet within 24 hours of purchase to receive a full refund on the spot.  In the event of a credit card purchase, the full purchase price will be credited back to the card used for the purchase.

FOR ALL OTHER QUALIFYING RETURNS:

OPTION 1: Return the unused portion of the product in the original container to any of our retail outlets and fill out a Customer Refund Form. Your completed form will be verified and signed by the senior sales person at the site who will forward this to our corporate office for final processing.  You will be provided a receipt for your records.

OPTION 2: Contact our corporate offices at 1-(888) LUV-ALOE (1-888-588-2563) for authorization to return the product and then mail the unused portion of the product in the original container to:

Please be certain to include your address and phone number with the product along with your Return Authorization Number so that we can properly process your request.

If the product was originally purchase by Credit Card, bank regulations require us to credit the cost of the returned product back to the same credit card. (We may need you to fax us the credit card sales slip or credit card statement.) Otherwise, a check will be issued for the purchase price of the returned product. Refunded amounts shall exclude any shipping or transport fees.

Once we receive the completed request and returned product, your refund will be processed within 5 business days and you should receive by standard post within three weeks.

We do not refund bulk sales made at a substantial discounts in lieu of the refund offer.
